Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode de consultation et une analyse d\u00e9taill\u00e9e en commission parlementaire, le projet de loi a \u00e9t\u00e9 approuv\u00e9 le 27 mars 2024. Parmi les principales modifications apport\u00e9es, on remarque l&rsquo;insertion d&rsquo;un nouvel article dans le <a href=\"https:\/\/files.constantcontact.com\/7209976b001\/ff3e6fed-8cf9-41e3-9b74-0067273b3810.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-link-type=\"document\">Code du travail (chapitre C-27)<\/a>, \u00a0qui souligne l&rsquo;importance de la formation des m\u00e9diateurs qui traitent des plaintes li\u00e9es au harc\u00e8lement psychologique.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-6f31131 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"6f31131\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h3>La formation est obligatoire pour les m\u00e9diateurs<\/h3>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f496905 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f496905\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>En vertu de la nouvelle l\u00e9gislation, les m\u00e9diateurs doivent recevoir une formation sur le harc\u00e8lement psychologique et la violence sexuelle en milieu de travail afin de pouvoir traiter des plaintes. Cette exigence souligne l&rsquo;engagement du gouvernement \u00e0 traiter le harc\u00e8lement au travail de mani\u00e8re globale.
