Des exceptions s&rsquo;appliquent, par exemple si votre salari\u00e9 vous demande express\u00e9ment de communiquer avec lui dans une autre langue.<\/p><p>Cette obligation doit \u00eatre mise en place d&rsquo;ici 2025.<br \/>Lors du recrutement d&rsquo;un candidat, vous \u00e9tiez d\u00e9j\u00e0 tenu de d\u00e9montrer que l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une autre langue est n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&rsquo;ex\u00e9cution du travail ; d\u00e9sormais, vous devrez \u00e9galement.. :<\/p><ul><li>\u00c9valuer la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 logistique r\u00e9elle de l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une autre langue.<\/li><li>Vous assurer que ces besoins linguistiques ne peuvent pas \u00eatre satisfaits au sein de votre organisation.<\/li><li>Limiter autant que possible le nombre de postes exigeant la connaissance d&rsquo;une langue autre que le fran\u00e7ais.<\/li><li>Justifier l&rsquo;utilisation d&rsquo;une langue autre que le fran\u00e7ais dans les crit\u00e8res d&#8217;embauche de l&rsquo;annonce.<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-4520da4 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-litho-heading\" data-id=\"4520da4\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;_animation_delay&quot;:200}\" data-widget_type=\"litho-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"litho-heading elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"litho-primary-title\">Projet de loi 168 :  <\/span><span class=\"litho-secondary-title\">Loi modifiant la Loi sur la sant\u00e9 et la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au travail en ce qui concerne la violence et le harc\u00e8lement sur le lieu de travail<\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3899ea7 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3899ea7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Le projet de loi 168 oblige les employeurs \u00e0 mettre en place des politiques et des programmes pour faire face \u00e0 la violence et au harc\u00e8lement sur le lieu de travail, ainsi qu&rsquo;\u00e0 la violence domestique pouvant survenir sur le lieu de travail.<\/p><p>Les employeurs sont tenus d&rsquo;\u00e9laborer et de maintenir des programmes pour mettre en \u0153uvre les politiques qui r\u00e9gissent la violence et le harc\u00e8lement sur le lieu de travail. Le contenu de ces programmes doit comprendre au minimum les \u00e9l\u00e9ments suivants<\/p><p>les mesures et proc\u00e9dures permettant aux travailleurs de signaler \u00e0 l&#8217;employeur les incidents de violence et de harc\u00e8lement sur le lieu de travail<br \/>les proc\u00e9dures que l&#8217;employeur suivra pour enqu\u00eater sur les incidents et les plaintes de harc\u00e8lement au travail et pour les traiter<br \/>les mesures et proc\u00e9dures visant \u00e0 contr\u00f4ler les risques identifi\u00e9s dans l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation des risques<br \/>les mesures et les proc\u00e9dures de demande d&rsquo;assistance imm\u00e9diate en cas de violence au travail ou de risque de violence au travail ; et,<br \/>tout \u00e9l\u00e9ment prescrit.<\/p><h3><br \/>Dois-je me mettre en conformit\u00e9 ?<\/h3><p><br \/>\u00c0 moins que vous n&rsquo;ayez cinq employ\u00e9s ou moins, oui !
