Les gestionnaires et les dirigeants ont la responsabilit\u00e9 croissante de consid\u00e9rer le bien-\u00eatre personnel de leurs employ\u00e9s comme une composante importante des contrats de travail. Elle ajoute que \u00ab les entreprises devraient informer leurs employ\u00e9s ou leur rappeler plus fr\u00e9quemment la pertinence du PAE, sa couverture particuli\u00e8re et la mani\u00e8re de l\u2019utiliser, mais surtout insister sur le fait qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un service confidentiel. \u00bb Les avantages ne se limitent pas \u00e0 s\u2019assurer que votre \u00e9quipe sache comment obtenir de l\u2019aide pour les questions de sant\u00e9 personnelle, mais peuvent \u00e9galement avoir une incidence sur le sentiment de bonheur et le niveau d\u2019engagement du personnel.
