La politique est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement divis\u00e9e en 3 domaines : cong\u00e9s de maladie ponctuels, assurance invalidit\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e et assurance invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e.\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-75b6446 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-litho-heading\" data-id=\"75b6446\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;_animation_delay&quot;:200}\" data-widget_type=\"litho-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"litho-heading elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"litho-primary-title\">1. Court terme\r\n<\/span><span class=\"litho-secondary-title\">Invalidit\u00e9<\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3899ea7 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"3899ea7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2022 L&rsquo;assurance invalidit\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e est cens\u00e9e couvrir l&#8217;employ\u00e9 jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 26 semaines (il peut y avoir une p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;attente de deux semaines avant le d\u00e9but des prestations) et parfois combin\u00e9e avec les prestations de maladie de l&rsquo;assurance-emploi.\r\n\r\n\u2022 L&rsquo;assurance MST rembourse g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement \u00e0 l&#8217;employ\u00e9 entre 66 % et 100 % de son salaire r\u00e9gulier pendant cette p\u00e9riode.\r\n\r\n\u2022 La p\u00e9riode de 26 semaines peut avoir diff\u00e9rents niveaux de prestations (c&rsquo;est-\u00e0-dire que les 5 premi\u00e8res semaines peuvent \u00eatre \u00e0 100 % du salaire r\u00e9gulier, les 10 semaines suivantes \u00e0 75 % et les 11 derni\u00e8res semaines \u00e0 66 %).\r\n\r\n\u2022 Une note du m\u00e9decin sera exig\u00e9e pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d&rsquo;une assurance invalidit\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e.\r\n\r\n\u2022 L&rsquo;assureur exige g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement que l&#8217;employ\u00e9 se pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 une \u00ab \u00e9valuation m\u00e9dicale par un tiers \u00bb pour corroborer la note du m\u00e9decin fournie par l&#8217;employ\u00e9. L&rsquo;\u00e9valuation secondaire sera effectu\u00e9e par un m\u00e9decin choisi par l&rsquo;assureur et la pr\u00e9sence est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement requise pour le maintien des prestations d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-552152e elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget-mobile__width-inherit elementor-invisible elementor-widget elementor-widget-litho-heading\" data-id=\"552152e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-settings=\"{&quot;_animation&quot;:&quot;fadeIn&quot;,&quot;_animation_delay&quot;:200}\" data-widget_type=\"litho-heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"litho-heading elementor-size-default\"><span class=\"litho-primary-title\">3. \u00c0 long terme\r\n<\/span><span class=\"litho-secondary-title\">Invalidit\u00e9<\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-52ece91 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"52ece91\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\u2022 Un dossier complet de prestations d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e facilite le processus de demande d&rsquo;assurance invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e.\r\n\r\n\u2022 L&rsquo;assurance invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e est g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement administr\u00e9e par un assureur tiers et le processus de demande et de conformit\u00e9 est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 par leurs politiques.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Une \u00e9valuation m\u00e9dicale approfondie est requise pour \u00eatre approuv\u00e9e pour l&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e par le m\u00e9decin de l&#8217;employ\u00e9 ainsi que par un \u00ab tiers \u00e9valuateur m\u00e9dical \u00bb choisi par l&rsquo;assureur.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Le niveau d&rsquo;avantage financier varie g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement de 50 % \u00e0 75 % du salaire de base r\u00e9gulier de l&#8217;employ\u00e9.\r\n\r\n\u2022 Pour les employeurs qui n&rsquo;offrent pas d&rsquo;assurance invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e, l&#8217;employ\u00e9 peut demander une couverture d&rsquo;invalidit\u00e9 de l&rsquo;assurance-emploi.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-08a33a6 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"08a33a6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tUn employeur de choix offrira toujours une police compl\u00e8te qui couvre les jours de maladie ponctuels, l&rsquo;assurance invalidit\u00e9 de courte dur\u00e9e et l&rsquo;assurance invalidit\u00e9 de longue dur\u00e9e. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;une politique pr\u00e9cieuse \u00e0 laquelle la plupart des employ\u00e9s accordent tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;attention, jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 ce qu&rsquo;ils se retrouvent dans le besoin de l&rsquo;avantage.
