President & Chief Executive Officer
Eric is passionate about building the foundation for growth and success in the business by leading his teams as a people and culture leader. His track record for strategic thinking and project management has allowed for many successful accomplishments. His current position, as the president/CEO of a successful family-owned consulting business which has diversified into Consulting for Mergers & Acquisitions and acquiring various HR Consulting companies. On a personal note, Eric is active in many associations, an all-season sports enthusiast, as a coach and player, passionate about boating, family and loyal friendships.
Mandy Di Lazzaro, CRHA
Managing Partner
Mandy is a multilingual, innovative, results-driven HR professional with over 18 years of senior management experience. She draws on strategy and vision to support her clients in achieving their goals. With expertise that spans across all HR disciplines and multiple industries. She is passionate about building a performance-based culture and driving excellence in execution. Fast paced and dynamic work is where she thrives, and this extends into her personal life with a passion for car races and classic muscle cars.
Jessica Benabou

Partner / Director, Talent Acquisition

Jessica held several management roles in banking, where she successfully led several teams as a Branch Manager and most recently as a Talent Acquisition Partner, which allowed her to recruit, and innovate in the highly competitive Quebec market. As a people manager, she prides herself on developing her employees and seeing them grow professionally. Her employees’ success motivates her to keep pushing boundaries; she is always aiming for excellence. Outside of the office, she loves to travel, bake, and spend endless hours with her husband and three children at the arena. She is also very dedicated to philanthropy, community, and volunteerism. She has a strong sense of compassion and is always willing to assist others.
Daniel Bureau
Partner, Chief Financial Officer/ Director Payroll & Benefits
As Chief Financial Officer for the past 10 years, Daniel’s resolve and devotion is recognized by all who cross his path. He is energetic and friendly and is able to create a great, harmonious working environment. When asked which movie title best depicts the story of his life, the answer is “The Working Man” which further proves his dedication to the work he does. In all projects, he will give you 100% to guarantee that you get exactly what you need. He has a creative sense of humor and loves to laugh. He is active in various sports and is a dedicated family man.
Suzanne Penney
Executive Assistant
Suzanne is self-driven and bilingual, with a successful track record in various businesses, focused on a high level of customer satisfaction and service and promotional activities. Known as a passionate, adaptable person who is willing to accept challenges and is comfortable with change. She communicates effectively at various levels while acting as a liaison between managers and employees. Her ability to promote a culture of open communication and trust is highly valued. Her appreciation for the outdoors, particularly golf courses and ski hills keep her connected with nature.
Gabriela Sibulo
Sales and Marketing Coordinator
Gabriela has over 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales and marketing. Driven by her creativity and passion, she takes pride in providing original ideas and using her imagination to overcome challenges by using the resources on hand. As a Sales and Marketing Coordinator, her goals include the success and growth of the company. In addition to her primary job functions, Gabriela has been recognized for supporting the team, and cheering everyone up with her contagious smile. When she’s not working, you can find her training for her next 10k race or walking her dog that came with her from Venezuela.

Annie Lebeau, LL.M., CHRA

HR & Legal Services Consultant

Annie has 20 years of experience in human resource management. She began her career as National Director of Human Resources for a call center company where she implemented the human resources department and participated in the company’s growth from 200 to 800 employees in 3 years. In 2009, she founded Capital GRH which innovates with its virtual consultant services and its targeted approach for SMEs. She is a member of l’IMAQ and holds a Master’s degree in Conflict Prevention and Resolution from the University of Sherbrooke’s Faculty of Law. She is known for her outspokenness, her dynamism and her sense of humour.

Sylviane Baillargé SCP
Specialist, Payroll & Benefits
As a bilingual Certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner and Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, SYlviane handles all aspects of payroll and benefits management. She always strives to learn more and loves the challenge of the constant evolution of employment and payroll laws. Her analytical & detailed approach makes her an asset to any mandate that she gets her hands on. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, travelling, cycling, and trying new restaurants.
Valerie Campeau
Payroll & Benefits coordinator
Valerie’s first position as Accounting Clerk introduced her to the world of payroll, and it was love at first sight. She has obtained professional diplomas in accounting and is currently working on earning her Payroll Compliance Specialist Certification. When asked what attracted her most to the field of payroll, she said: “Maintaining a routine while the laws and regulations are constantly changing .” She is not limited to working in accounting, she also has experience working in HR which makes her a versatile team member.
Maryse Carriere
Payroll & Benefits coordinator
Maryse has over 15 years of experience in human resources, payroll, administration, and finance. She has worked in many different industries including engineering, pharmaceutical, and construction as well as non-profit organizations with a mission to help children and seniors. She is extraordinarily caring and motivated by her love of learning and curiosity about the world. She strives to build a great relationship with her clients and colleagues. Outside of work hours, she enjoys gardening, biking, skiing, golfing, oil painting and caring for her three adorable cats. She is also very involved in philanthropic and volunteer activities. Graduate in psychology and payroll compliance. Passionate about the field of HR and compensation. Cristina has five years of experience in payroll and benefits management. She’s currently studying toward her Payroll Management Certification. She’s always looking for new challenges and personal and professional development. She is passionate about helping others, listening to them, encouraging, guiding, and advising people. Her favorite hobbies are cooking, reading, travelling, and spending time with her daughters and her dog Bella.
